Accommodation in Tana

Our pick: Sakamanga

We have made reservations at the hotel Sakamanga: www.sak amanga.com
This hotel offers cosy and very charming rooms ranging from budget to more luxury accommodation. The staff is super friendly and the food really good. Although located in the heart of bustling Tana, you can still enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, whether you want to chill by the pool or rest in your room after a long night dancing at our wedding.

To book, please send an email to contact@sakamanga.com and don’t forget to mention “Mariage Pontus & Ravaka”. This way, you won’t have to make a downpayment to confirm your reservation and can wait until check-out to pay.

Payment can be made in cash (MGA or EUR) or card (VISA only).

Like most hotels in Tana, Sakamanga arranges transfer from/to the airport. We strongly recommend that you book this service. An additional tourist tax called “Vignette touristique” is levied at most hotels in the country: it costs Ariary 1’000 (EUR 0.30) per room and per night and will be added to the hotel bill.

If you are interested in staying at a guest house, we recommend:

All these places are centrally located and near both the venue for the welcome cocktail and the church. We will arrange transportation between these places and the different wedding venues.
